Terms and Conditions

International customers must pay all related duties & taxes in their respective country. All Sprint Aquatics products are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from invoice date. Damages from normal wear & tear are not warranted. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise in order to get authorization returns not authorized by Sprint Aquatics may not be accepted. No returns will be accepted on customized, clearance, sale items or items that have been used in the water. No returns on books or videos. Returns of drop-shipped items will be handled on a case by case basis. Non warranty products being returned must be in original condition, with original packaging. Any returns received after 30 days from the invoice date may have a 20% restocking fee applied. Customer is responsible for packaging & return shipping on non-warranty items. If a refund is requested, it will be issued within 15 days of the receipt of the return by Sprint Aquatics. Refunds will be issued back to a credit card, or with a check, depending on how the original purchase was made.
